Always remember to check that the thermometer is clean and the measurement is taken in a healthy, clean ear. 

Don’t forget to remove the cover.

The temperature should always be measured in the same ear and not in an ear you have been lying on.

We only recommend measuring the temperature in ears of children who have not had bad experiences with ear treatments.
